If you would like to host a party, that's fantastic! Please complete the form below and we will send you all the information you need. If possible, please give an email address, so we will send you as much of the hosting pack as possible electronically. We will put the rest of the pack in the post to you.

If you would like to help but are unable to host a party, perhaps you would consider making a donation, or selling some raffle tickets? You can also use the form below to register for raffle tickets (party hosting packs contain raffle tickets anyway).
